UCL's Mid-Career Researcher Group is a peer-support group for social science researchers in the middle stages of their careers. This group leads a wider community of mid-career researchers at UCL and makes an important contribution to the mid-career researcher conversation at UCL.

Our group:

Identifies the needs and challenges typically encountered by mid-career researchers, and finds ways to address them
Initiates a broad-based programme of activities that foster support and professional development at the mid-career level
